• there are fitted wooden spruce windows IV 78 from undivided slats, with triple glazing with Ug coefficient of 0.6-0.7 and with electric external aluminum shutters
• smooth surface entrance doors are made of solid wood with safety fittings Stockholm
• internal vertical and horizontal structures are mortared with gypsum plaster
• individual stair treads of the interior staircases are claded with timber
• the floor in the entrance hall, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, pantry, garage and utility room are equipped with large format tiles in all the other rooms is solid oak wooden flooring
• in the bathrooms is ceramic tiling designed up to the ceiling level (unless headroom room is higher than 2.6 m)

• interior doors are designed as rebateless / oak veneer
• the whole house is heated with warm water underfloor heating and in bathrooms is this system supplemented with heating ladders.
• all residential rooms are equipped with TV / SAT and internet socket
• in the living room is positioned a design fireplace
• garage is fitted with remote controled thermally insulated sectional garage door

The price includes fencing (industrial mesh), all paved areas (patio, walkway area in front of garage and driveway) included is paving and landscaping (lawn seeding and shrub and tree planting on the site boundaries).

The layout of the interior, as well as surfaces and fixtures can be amended on the client's request after a consultation with the architect. Changes must be agreed in advance and they may affect the price of the house.
