The price includes fencing (industrial mesh), all paved areas (patio, walkway area in front of garage and driveway) included is paving and landscaping (lawn seeding and shrub and tree planting on the site boundaries).
The layout of the interior, as well as surfaces and fixtures can be amended on the client's request after a consultation with the architect. Changes must be agreed in advance and they may affect the price of the house.
