MIKROTECHNA s.r.o. is a genuine Czech private company created in 1994, and engaging in real-estate activity since 1997 as the administrator and holder of the Mikrotechna Business Centre (BCM).

We are a small company with a few successfully completed projects. All projects are financed from our own resources. Our company has no loans or overdue debts. Our unique skills are proper preparation, a personal approach, project direction throughout the whole process and flawless realisation. To maintain these standards, we only ever carry out one project at a time.

The precinct construction with 20 family houses located in Prague 5, Lipence is a good example of our successful development, with housing inspection completed in the fourth quarter of 2008. We directed the project from the very beginning to the end as the promoter and the dealer.

Presently, we are finishing work on the polyfunctional apartment house in Pruhonice. And, in the second quarter this year, we shall begin the development of 4 terrace houses in Lipence as the continuation of the project mentioned above.

Our next scheme is a complex of buildings in Prague 4, Katerinky.
